Hey there everybody!

We have a lot of exciting things on the go! I am in the studio working on the second album. We have the guitar and banjo tracks half recorded. The flare of each song is really coming through now and it is so exciting to see and hear. It's fascinating how songs can take such an unexpected turn from where you thought they were going to go! I've never co written with anyone before, and I gotta say, there were some reservations about my husband being my first collaboration;), but it's going swimmingly! We're turning out some pretty good tunes!

 

Most, if not all, the songs on the album will be songs we wrote together. We are aiming to finish the album and release it this winter. I even have my album title picked out, but I don't want to tell anyone until the title track is finished. This album is quite different from the first, but still very “me”. There are many sides to a circle you know! I will be hitting up radio with this record too. So you'll have to listen for me! I'll let you know when we've decided on the first single.

 

We are working on bookings for the winter/spring tour, so be sure to keep an eye on our tour page. We may be playing a town near you! Locations we are working on are Sundre, Cochrane, Medicine Hat, Stettler, Forget, PA area, and into BC.

 

The babes are growing so fast and they love music! Cameron plays along with us on her little ukelele and at 2 ½ knows the right way to hold it and everything. Alec quite adores his big sister and scoots along the floor following our singing Cameron through out the house. He often sings himself to sleep. I love being in a house full of music!
